I’ve been using Linux on the side since 2019 (on my Raspberry Pi), and I’ve been using it as my main OS since June 2025. I find Linux fascinating, and now that I’ve been on it for a while, I don’t see myself ever switching back to Windows. I love that it’s FOSS, customizable, and gives me full control over how my system works. Over the years, I’ve learned how to maintain Linux systems, update them, edit configurations, install programs, and much more. I’ve been using Linux long enough that I’m fully comfortable managing my entire system via the CLI, and a lot of times now find the UI to be clanky compared to just typing a simple command to do simple things. (I’ve used Raspbian, Arch Linux, Fedora, Ubuntu, etc, and am currently using Kubuntu as my main distro)
